1.1 Book Golf Vietnam is an online service that helps customers find golf courses in Vietnam and arranges tee time bookings with those courses.

1.2 Book Golf Vietnam is not a golf course. Unless we say otherwise, we are not an official partner of the courses listed. The course for your round is shown in your booking details.

2.1 To make a booking, you must provide accurate booking and contact details and follow the instructions shown on the website.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3 When booking, you may be asked for your play date, preferred tee time, number of golfers, notes, billing name, payment details, and contact information. Your card is authorized when you submit a request and charged only when the course confirms your tee time. Reference prices are confirmed with the course before your tee time is finalized.

3.1 A booking request is not a confirmed tee time. We aim to confirm your tee time with the course within 2-4 hours and will email you when it is confirmed or if we need to propose another time.

3.2 The golf course is responsible for the round and its facilities, including its caddies, buggies, and starter desk.

4.1 You must follow the rules of the course, including its dress code, pace of play, and any handicap or age requirements.

5.1 If the course cannot offer a tee time that suits you, the hold on your card is released and you are not charged. Once a tee time is confirmed, the cancellation and weather terms shown before payment apply.

6.1 We do not provide insurance. We recommend that you hold your own travel insurance for your trip and your golf equipment.

7.1 We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms.

7.2 We are not responsible for acts or omissions of golf courses except where required by law.

7.3 You are responsible for damage or loss caused by your own breach or negligence.
